Tidy Up

With one week to go before judging Saturday 20th July saw a turn out of 17 volunteers to give last tidy up of the Village. Gutters and kerbs were weeded. Beds were weeded and dead-headed. Buildings were brushed. In fact anything that might cause the judges to deduct marks was removed, cleaned, painted or mended. Of course there was the reward of tea and cake as well as the satisfaction of a job well done.
