New Beds

The beds in The Orchard had the turf removed by volunteers from Jaguar Land Rover in April. When the work on the JLR bank had been finished they were asked to do this and were very willing to do so.

The turf was used to patch damage caused buy large vehicles trying, and failing, to get round The Orchard. Also some was used to cover an unsightly patch of the JLR bank.

In May the beds were dug over by villagers and planted with a mixture of perennials and annuals.
