Plug Plants

It was decided to buy plug plants and grow them on in volunteers' greenhouses and window sills. Plants were ordered and collected on 9th March and distributed to volunteers on 10th March.

Dahlias that had been lifted in the autumn and stored over winter were potted later in the month so they could be planted out later.
